Boomer Welles

Boomer Welles joins Parq Advisors after beginning his career with the MassMutual Financial Group. During his time at MassMutual, he developed his focus on life, disability and long-term care insurance.

Boomer is deeply involved in the community of the Greater Los Angeles area. He is currently the Partnerships Chair for the Mayor’s Next Beverly Committee, Vice Chair of the Leadership Advisory Board for Vista Del Mar Child & Family Services and Director of Training and Development for Beverly Hills Little League. He is a past fellow of the Southern California Leadership Network through the Greater LA Chamber of Commerce and has volunteered on a number of political campaigns. Other causes in which Boomer has involvement include: The Anti-Recidivism Coalition, Branded Arts and the Special Olympics; where during the World Games in 2015 he served as the Honored Guest Host for the CEO of Special Olympics International. Boomer has traveled internationally to Paraguay and Cameroon with Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity (VOSH) as a part of medical mission teams.

He is a graduate of Beverly Hills High School, where he played baseball and football, is a member of their Athletic Hall of Fame and owner of 10 records between the two sports. Despite being drafted by the Cleveland Indians, Boomer instead elected to attend the University of Texas at Arlington, where he earned All-Conference honors in baseball. Later, he would transfer to Oral Roberts University, where he would earn Dean’s List honors as well as a degree in Mass Media, Public Relations and Advertising.

Boomer lives in the Brentwood area. During his free time he enjoys spending time with family, traveling and maintaining an active lifestyle.
